At PREBENA we have been training qualified specialists and managers for 40 years.
During the education, our trainees go through all the relevant departments in our company and work on interesting projects. Many of our employees have already completed their training with us and have stayed to develop themselves and the company.
Once again, PREBENA Wilfried Bornemann GmbH & Co. KG received the “Quality through Training” award from the IHK Gießen-Friedberg. PREBENA has already been awarded for special merits in vocational training in recent years .

You are an organizational talent, like to be in contact with customers and don´t let an English-speaking person get you out of your way? Then you are perfect for our training at PREBENA. During your training period, you will run through our company with all business tasks such as purchasing, sales, export, customers service, marketing and accounting. Also you will receive a wide range of knowledge.

Technical product designer

Technical product designers specialize in machine and system construction design and construct the components and assemblies for our machines and systems.
Even during the training period, product designers are given a high degree of responsibility, they are involved in the development of new products as well as in the company’s internal product process.

Industrial Mechanic

As an industrial mechanic, you are also mainly responsible for machines and systems.
Industrial mechanics manufacture the assemblies for machines and plants, assemble finished machine parts, set up the machines or convert them.

Mechatronics Engineer

Our machines and systems are based on complex systems of mechatronics and electronics – the experts in this field are mechatronics engineers.
During their training mechatronics engineers learn how to read technical plans, build components, assemble them into mechatronic systems and how to program these systems. Of course they are also responsible for maintenance and repair.

Machine and system operator

As a machine and system operator you are mainly responsible for machines and plants.
Machine and system operators set up, put into operation and run production machines. In addition, they convert the machines and are responsible for their maintenance and repair.

Specialist for warehouse logistics

As a warehouse logistics specialist, you have to be a team player, gladly tackle your tasks and always keep track. If you also know how to handle a computer, this training is just the right thing for you.
Warehouse logistics specialists accept goods, inspect them and store them appropriately in the planned locations. You assemble deliveries, package and load goods and create delivery notes. They also help to optimize logistics processes.
