4C-L50 pneumatic nailer for 19–50 mm

This universal staple gun 4C-L50 is designed for a wide variety of interior construction tasks: Fermacell, chipboard and plasterboard panels can be easily fastened with L-staples up to a maximum length of 50 mm. Thanks to the 10.7 mm back width, even bitumen shingles can be professionally installed to ensure optimal roof waterproofing. The 4C-L50 is also frequently used in window and door construction. With its standard multifunctional stop (180° rotatable to smooth or serrated stop), this device is also ideal for use in the packaging sector for crates and cardboard pallets. Even economy formwork can be fastened quickly and securely with the resin-coated staple.Depending on the area of application, the pneumatic nailer can be set to single shot or contact trigger mode by simply turning the adjustment knob. The 4C-L50 also features adjustable depth setting and a practical quick-release fastener directly on the tool, which can be used to quickly clear any jams. The exhaust air can be individually adjusted on this device and the low weight of only 2.2 kg allows fatigue-free working over a long period of time! In order to meet the increased demands of professional users and the manufacturing industry, the 4C-L50 has a reinforced driver, which has a significant impact on service life and maintenance intervals. The scope of delivery includes an ergonomically shaped, non-slip handle and a sturdy plastic transport case.

The 4C-L50 can process L-clamps from 19 to 50 mm in length. The clamps are manufactured as standard in galvanised steel with a resin coating, ensuring long-term and stable hold. For outdoor use, PREBENA also offers this type of staple in heavy galvanised (CSVHA) with a zinc coating of at least 12 µ and in rust and acid-resistant stainless steel 1.4301 (CRFHA). It is important to note that these higher-quality CSVHA and CRFHA wires are ETA-certified construction products. The device processes type L staples with a length of 19–50 mm.
