Description
This reliable staple gun is ideal for fastening profile boards and panels. The 2P-ES40SDS is perfectly tailored to the demands of professional use and processes ES staples in lengths of 15–40 mm and with a back width of 5.95 mm. This device is therefore often used in furniture construction and for fastening strong films and tarpaulins. Weighing only 1.3 kg, the 2P-ES40SDS is a lightweight in its performance class, but this does not have a negative effect on its driving force. The staples, which are coated with a resin-based coating, are cleanly sunk into even hardwood thanks to the sliding effect during driving. At the same time, the resin bonds with the workpiece after cooling, thus improving durability.
The 2P-ES40SDS is operated in single-shot mode as standard and has a pressure safety device to prevent accidental triggering. The exhaust air can be individually adjusted and loading is carried out via the practical underload magazine. The device has a noise damper and operates without recoil. The staple nailer is supplied in a sturdy plastic case to ensure optimum protection even when used on the move.
As already mentioned in the introduction, the ES staples used in this pneumatic nailer are available in CNKHA (galvanised steel, resin-coated) and CRFHA (material 1.4301, resin-coated, rust and acid resistant) and are therefore also very frequently used outdoors, where they are permanently exposed to moisture and other environmental influences. Like many other fasteners, the Prebena ES staple is produced in Germany, tested and approved according to the highest quality standards. The device processes ES staples from 15 to 40 mm in length.
