Description

The 1XR-A16 pneumatic nailer processes PREBENA type A staples in lengths from 4 to a maximum of 16 mm. It is ideal for fastening foils, nets and fabrics, but thinner wooden or plastic panels, such as cabinet back panels or narrow strips, can also be mounted without any problems.

The trigger lock located on the nose of the 1XR-A16 also serves as an orientation aid, allowing the staples to be placed accurately. Of course, the trigger lock has a pressure protection feature so that sensitive surfaces are not damaged. The exhaust air is discharged via the device head and can be individually adjusted without the need for special tools. The 1XR-A16 operates without kickback and has an integrated noise damper.

The standard galvanised A-staple with its 12.8 mm back width impresses with its perfect connection of the materials to be processed. The 1XR-A16 pneumatic tacker is therefore often used for upholstering. The aluminium version is always used when the workpiece is to be subsequently machined with a cutting tool (milling, drilling, planing, etc.). In the stainless steel version, which is also available, the A-clamp can also be used optimally outdoors, e.g. as a climbing plant support or for cold frame covers.

This universal staple nailer comes with a practical carrying case. For home and hobby craftsmen – not suitable for continuous use – trigger safety, adjustable exhaust air, underload magazine, recoil-free, noise damper.

The device processes type A staples from 4 to 16 mm in length.
