Completely independent of gas cartridges, power cables and hoses, the new powerful PKT-HYBRID nailer from PREBENA offers maximum freedom of movement. The ergonomically designed devices offer outstanding performance and a high level of comfort for every application.
The innovative PKT-HYBRID technology works with the tried-and-tested PREBENA PKT technology in combination with an 18 V LiHD high-performance battery from the well-known Cordless Alliance System (CAS).
The CAS brings together a wide range of manufacturers from a variety of industries under one "battery umbrella": within the system, tools, machines, chargers and battery packs are 100% compatible and can be combined as desired. More than 160 powerful battery-powered products are available in the 18-volt class.
The new PKT HYBRID range initially consists of four models, one round head and one half head strip nailer with a short or long magazine for nails up to an incredible 100 mm in length, all in a very compact design.
The PKT-8-RKP100 is suitable for paper-bound round-head strip nails of type RKP up to 100 mm nail length. The PKT-8-PR100 processes paper-bound half-head nails (D-head) of type PR, also up to 100 mm nail length.
Both devices have enormous firing power, speed and the necessary battery power to drive in nails with a length between 65 and 100 millimetres and a shaft diameter of 2.8 to 3.4 millimetres at 1.5 shots per second.
PREBENA's PKT-HYBRID nailers, equipped with "Optiwear Technology", are the first cordless devices on the market that can easily drive a 100 mm long nail into hardwood. This technology offers the user the additional advantage that the devices can be used perfectly regardless of the weather and even in closed rooms.
Touch display, dry firing protection, depth adjustment, belt hook and tool-free removable magazine are all part of the extensive standard equipment.
